Services are computer systems design, integration, and consulting. Website is mailmerge.lat.

We provide professional computer systems design, integration, and engineering services within the Computer Systems Design and Related Services sector. Our offerings include systems architecture, embedded engineering, integration, cloud infrastructure, security, and technical advisory. Specific scope and fees are defined in separate agreements. These Terms govern general use.

All deliverables including designs, code, documentation, and methodologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes without transfer of ownership. Our branding requires written permission for use.

You agree to provide accurate information when requested, use our website and services lawfully, not engage in activities that could damage our systems, not attempt unauthorized access, and not use automated tools to access our website without permission.

Both parties protect non-public information shared during engagements. This obligation continues for five years after the relationship ends. Excludes public or independently developed information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to fees paid for the specific service or USD 100. Does not apply to death, injury, fraud, or non-excludable liabilities.

Services are provided as is without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend access at any time. Surviving provisions continue. Terms may be modified with continued use constituting acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms together with any service agreements constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
